This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you and Open Sport Ltd, doing business as Open Sport ("Open Sport", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access and use of Open Sport's platform, services, technologies, and features, whether accessed through our website, mobile application, or other channels (collectively, the "Open Sport Services"). This Agreement incorporates by reference our Privacy Policy and any other policies or documents referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Open Sport Services.
Open Sport is operated by Open Sport Ltd, a company incorporated and registered in the United Kingdom.
Please note that Open Sport is not a bank. Banking services offered on the Open Sport platform are provided by a licensed financial partner, Bridge Ventures Inc. All funds transacted through Open Sport are settled in USDC stablecoin and are not insured by the FDIC or any other deposit insurance institution in any jurisdiction.
By accessing or using Open Sport Services, you authorize Open Sport to share your personal information with necessary third parties (e.g., banking partners, service providers, and regulators) as required for compliance and operational functionality.
When you engage with certain services on our platform, you may be directed through the Open Sport interface to open accounts with third-party financial service providers. These accounts are opened directly between you and the relevant provider and are governed by that provider's terms and conditions. Open Sport provides the software interface through which you may access account information and transmit instructions to the relevant provider, but Open Sport does not hold customer funds or provide banking or custodial services.
Examples of such third-party accounts may include:
You acknowledge that your use of these third-party accounts is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider, and that Open Sport does not open or manage such accounts on your behalf.
If your Open Sport account is closed, access to related third-party services through the Open Sport platform may be disabled. You may need to contact the relevant provider directly regarding any underlying account.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Sport disclaims liability for any losses arising from the use of third-party services.

You are expected to read and accept these and any specific service-related terms before using any Open Sport Services.
By using Open Sport Services, you affirm your understanding and acceptance of the associated risks and terms outlined herein.
To access Open Sport Services, you must complete our identity verification and onboarding procedures. You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information at every stage. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or to verify your identity through third-party sources.
If we cannot validate your information or if you fail to comply with verification requirements, your account may be suspended, restricted, or closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Open Sport account. We strongly advise using unique and strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication, and securing all devices linked to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@opensport.money.
Report any unauthorized or erroneous transactions promptly. Failing to notify us within two months of discovery may result in forfeiture of your right to dispute such activity. We will investigate and reimburse unauthorized transactions unless negligence or fraud on your part is evident.
You may request account closure at any time via support@opensport.money. We also reserve the right to close accounts under various conditions including inactivity, legal obligations, or violation of our terms.
All communications will be delivered electronically through your registered email or the Open Sport app. You must keep your contact information up-to-date and review messages regularly.
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect data such as location, device identifiers, transaction history, and contact information for operational, security, and compliance purposes.
Our platform may contain links to external websites. Open Sport does not endorse or assume responsibility for content or privacy practices of those sites.
All content on our platform, including logos, design, and software, is the intellectual property of Open Sport or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.
We take user feedback seriously. Please contact support@opensport.money for inquiries or complaints. You may also refer to our Complaints Policy available on our website.
We reserve the right to change these terms by providing one month's notice. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
Open Sport provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or availability. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may suspend services at our discretion for reasons including maintenance, compliance issues, or security concerns.
Your account may be suspended or terminated due to violations of these terms, law enforcement requests, fraudulent activity, or other legitimate concerns.
Open Sport reserves the right to offset any outstanding amounts you owe against funds held in your account.
Open Sport is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, except where required by law.
You agree to indemnify Open Sport and its partners against any claims arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these terms.
We may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' notice or immediately under specific circumstances outlined in these terms.
In compliance with law, we may restrict access to funds or decline refunds in cases involving fraud or legal obligations.
You are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling your tax obligations related to your use of Open Sport.
In the event of discrepancies between translated versions and the English version of these terms, the English version shall prevail.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
You may benefit from consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
You confirm that you are not a resident of a country subject to U.S. sanctions or on a U.S. government list of prohibited parties.
You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent. Open Sport may assign or transfer its rights and obligations at its discretion. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
Headings are for convenience only. Definitions and interpretations are consistent throughout the document. Terms like "you" and "user" refer to the individual using Open Sport services.
Open Sport is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure). Contact us at support@opensport.money for questions regarding this Agreement.
By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in through the Open Sport website, mobile application, onboarding flow, support channels, or account settings, you agree to receive SMS messages from Open Sport regarding your account and service-related activities. These messages may include account security alerts, one-time passcodes, suspicious activity alerts, transaction notifications, KYC/KYB onboarding or verification updates, card-related updates, customer support communications, and other service or operational notices.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, support requests, security events, and your use of Open Sport services. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or using Open Sport services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact Open Sport at support@opensport.money.
Opting out of SMS messages may limit Open Sport's ability to send certain non-essential service updates by text message. Open Sport may continue to communicate with you through email, in-app notifications, or other channels as permitted by law and under your service relationship with us.
